Hi, I’m Lali — a yoga teacher with a gentle approach and a big heart. My yoga journey began long before I started teaching. What started as a personal practice grew into a deep passion, especially after a life-changing accident that asked me to slow down, listen closely, and rebuild trust in my body. That experience shifted my approach to movement — from pushing and striving to pausing, noticing, and honoring what my body truly needed.
Yoga became less about doing and more about being. Over three years of dedicated training, I deepened my understanding of not just the physical practice, but also the philosophy, mindfulness, and steadiness that help us feel grounded, resilient, and at home in our bodies.
Now, I teach in a way that encourages curiosity, kindness, and ease, creating a space where everyone can find strength, comfort, and connection in their own bodies.
